The role is responsible for leading data-driven growth and performance marketing initiatives to support institutional priorities including student recruitment, executive education, donor acquisition, alumni engagement, events, and brand visibility. The position oversees digital marketing strategy, campaign performance, marketing analytics, conversion optimization, and lead generation to drive measurable growth and return on investment.
Growth & Performance Marketing
· Develop and execute integrated growth marketing strategies aligned with institutional objectives.
· Drive lead generation, application growth, enrolments, donor acquisition, event registrations, and revenue-focused campaigns.
· Lead paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Display, Programmatic, and emerging platforms.
· Optimize campaign performance through audience segmentation, retargeting, automation, and conversion-focused strategies.
· Conduct A/B testing for creatives, messaging, landing pages, and customer journeys to improve campaign effectiveness.
· Implement and manage tracking pixels, conversion APIs, event tracking, and tag management systems.
· Ensure accurate attribution and reporting through GA4, GTM, CRM integrations, and digital analytics platforms.
· Monitor campaign KPIs including CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.

· Optimize landing pages, forms, and digital funnels to improve user experience and conversion rates.
· Support lead nurturing initiatives through email marketing, automation workflows, and retargeting campaigns.
· Identify and implement new growth channels, AI tools, and marketing technologies to enhance digital performance.
· Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external vendors to ensure timely campaign execution.
· Manage agency and vendor performance against defined KPIs and deliverables.
