The Global Engagement Associate will focus on creative design, communications, and exchange programmes. The Associate plays a key role in developing engaging content and visual materials to promote global opportunities, exchange programmes, and international partnerships. Responsibilities include designing digital and print materials, managing social media campaigns, supporting the branding of events and visits, and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication with both internal and external stakeholders. By combining graphic design expertise with strong communication skills, the Associate helps enhance the visibility of LUMS’ global initiatives and strengthen its international presence.
Graphic Design:
Design and create visually compelling social media posts, flyers, posters, brochures, and other marketing materials that align with the Office of International Affairs's branding.
Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts for promotional campaigns and events.
Ensure all design work is consistent, high-quality, and delivered on time.
Website Management:
Maintain and update the Office of International Affair’s website, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and engaging.
Work on website enhancements to improve user experience, accessibility, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Coordinate with IT and other departments to implement new features or updates as needed.
Research:
Conduct research to support OIA initiatives, including market analysis, audience insights, and trends in international education.
Compile and present research findings in a clear and organized manner.
Communication and Writing:
Draft and edit content for various platforms, including website copy, social media captions, newsletters, and official documents.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
Participate in meetings and presentations, contributing ideas and feedback to the team.
