Job Purpose

The candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external communications for CES and the Summer School at LUMS. This includes ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging messaging to enhance visibility, strengthen the brand, and effectively engage stakeholders.

Job Description
  • All internal & external communication-related tasks of the CES and Summer School at LUMS
  • Research and analyse top SEO content topics
  • Writing engaging content for social media marketing, including newsletters, video scripts, infographics, brochures, Annual reports, etc.
  • Editing content to ensure voice, grammar, and style is on point.
  • Responsible for ensuring coverage and CES highlights in the university’s internal and external communication
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, branding and style
  • Community Management, including answering queries on digital media, emails, and on call.
  • Monitor user engagement, web traffic, and other KPIs
  • Work with graphic designer and video production specialist to create text content that is suitable for the relevant audience.
  • Update website content as needed
  • Ensure adherence to any other tasks and deadlines as assigned by the Supervisor/Director.
  • This position will require some evening and weekend work.

  • Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques, especially SEO
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English

Qualification
  • At least a Bachelor’s/Masters from a well reputed and an HEC recognized University.
Experience
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant expereince.
