Position Overview

The incumbent is responsible for managing and supporting routine and complex processes within the Enrollment domain, including student enrollment, graduation audit, student advisement, and maintenance of student academic records. The position holder provides guidance and resolution to student and stakeholder queries by interpreting and explaining university policies, procedures, and academic regulations. The incumbent also assists in coordinating, analyzing, testing, and configuring business requirements in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions to support effective and efficient delivery of Enrollment services. Work is performed under the general supervision of the University Registrar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis of large datasets to support operational and decision-making requirements.
  • Configure, enhance, verify, and update Zambeel, PeopleSoft, and Campus Solutions systems.
  • Verify students’ graduation requirements and ensure compliance with applicable university policies and academic regulations.
  • Manage and complete tasks related to various aspects of the student lifecycle and maintain accurate student records.
  • Provide timely and professional customer service, particularly during critical and high-volume periods within the department.
  • Manage departmental archives and ensure the timely upload and maintenance of relevant documents in electronic records systems.
  • Index, organise, and maintain physical archives to ensure efficient record retrieval and proper documentation.
  • Liaise with administrative and academic departments regarding enrolment, grading, student advisement, degree completion requirements, and related issues.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and conduct periodic system audits to identify, verify, and correct data discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide cross-functional support to academic departments across LUMS and within the Office of the Registrar.
  • Assist with walk-in customer service and address student and stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Practical Skills in Microsoft Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel)
  • Should have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Worked on ERP or an information system

Qualifications

Bachelor’s (Hons) degree in an analytical or relevant discipline, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Management, or Business Administration, from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in an academic or corporate environment, preferably in student administration, enrollment, academic records, or ERP/information systems.
