Position Overview

To participate in a structured and comprehensive training programme focused on building the knowledge, competencies, and practical experience required for success within the Programme Delivery department. This role is intended to prepare the individual for advancement into higher-level management roles under the supervision and mentorship of experienced personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as Conference Planner (CP) during peak programme activity periods.
  • Ensure smooth and high-quality programme delivery across on-campus, live online, hybrid, and off-campus formats.
  • Coordinate with faculty members and manage programme logistics effectively.
  • Deliver programmes across weekdays and weekends, including on-site and off-site locations, and work extended hours when required.
  • Participate in cross-functional training across departments as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure high service standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and programme execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Complete all assigned training tasks and responsibilities within the training period.
  • Observe and learn standard operating procedures (SOPs) from experienced team members to enhance execution quality.
  • Contribute to team goals and maintain a positive and professional office culture.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality work aligned with organisational standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's (Hons.) or Master's degree from an HEC-recognised university

Experience

0-1 year of relevant experience

This is a contractual position, with the contract subject to extension based on performance.
