Position Overview

To lead overall operational and logistical aspects of CES, especially in the running of the evening and weekend courses. Will be responsible for overseeing the rest of the CES operations team to ensure smooth running of the Centre and its programmes.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • All operational tasks related to CES, including scheduling and preparation of classes, etc.
  • Liaising with vendors for printing, events, and paraphernalia required in classes.
  • Responsible for monitoring on-campus and online CES classes in the evenings and on weekends.
  • Conduct and analyse evaluations of evening classes for quality assurance.
  • Maintaining and working on databases. Inventory management.
  • Working on SAP for the procurement of required materials.  
  • Handling communication, including email queries of participants and liaising with instructors as required.
  • Coordinate with the finance and procurement departments and all other logistical responsibilities related to the department.  
  • Coordination with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure that CES classes run smoothly.
  • Website management.

Qualifications
  • At least a Bachelor's (Hons.) or Master’s degree, preferably in Administration, Business or Operations Management from a renowned local institution.
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing operations and logistics (Experience in educational settings or program coordination is preferred).
