Position Overview

Lead the Marketing activities of the Centre for Continuing Education Studies (CES), from strategy to planning to execution, and managing branding/reputation management.

Apply professional marketing expertise to develop and enhance marketing strategies, plans and approaches based on insights and market intelligence, in turn increasing enrollments in CES courses and increasing brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing the overall strategy and the marketing portfolio of the centre
  • Designing digital marketing campaigns to increase sales and support business development activities
  • Develop a weekly, monthly and yearly plan/calendar for social media posting 
  • Curating content to aid in the success of marketing campaigns
  • Working closely with the design team for the creation of all marketing material in line with marketing plans devised, creating a wide range of different marketing materials
  • Working with the digital media agency to publish, manage, and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
  • Devise and manage social media marketing budget
  • Monitor and generate reports on the effectiveness of marketing communications
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant center functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
  • Implement direct marketing via calls, email, and through events

Ensure adherence to any other tasks and deadlines as assigned by the Supervisor/ HOD

  • Exceptional communication skills are also essential as the candidate will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully execute campaigns. Up to date with the latest marketing techniques and strategies
  • Time management and organisation skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to manage social media platforms. Ability to run paid campaigns via the business manager of the digital media platform 
  • Well-versed in MS Office
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Able to think outside the box

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master's in Marketing/Communications from a well-reputed and an HEC recognized University.

Experience

Atleast 5 years of proven experience in leading marketing campaigns.
