Position Overview

To conceptualise, develop, and produce high-quality multimedia content that strengthens REDC’s digital presence and supports executive education branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curate content and assemble raw footage, video, audio, and animate graphics to create cohesive and engaging videos for digital platforms.
  • Conduct professional photography and videography of executive programmes, internal events, and REDC facilities.
  • Record testimonials and interviews for promotional and documentary purposes.
  • Create interactive and animated video graphics for digital platforms.
  • Manage the end-to-end production cycle, including conceptualisation, shooting, post-production, and final delivery.
  • Organise and maintain a structured digital archive of all photographs and video recordings.
  • Ensure proper calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting of media equipment for seamless operation.
  • Collaborate with the team to produce graphic and multimedia content for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) and other relevant animation/audio-video editing tools such as DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, including theme, tone, composition, and narrative structure.
  • Sound knowledge of camera operations, lighting, exposure, framing, and professional audio recording.
  • Strong design sense with a mature corporate aesthetic aligned with executive education branding.
  • Ability to work on both Mac and Windows operating systems.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Graphics, Film/Television, Production, or a related field from an HEC-recognised institution.

Experience

1–2 years of relevant experience in multimedia production, preferably in a corporate or institutional setting.
