Position Overview

To proficiently contribute to the Centre’s core Open Enrolment Programme portfolio while ensuring efficient client management, content development, marketing operations, and the execution of coordination tasks. The primary purpose of this position is to manage and facilitate the Centre's Open Enrollment Programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Client Engagement:

  • Develop engaging and compelling content that effectively communicates the unique value propositions of the Centre and highlights the distinctiveness of its services to various target audiences.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to incorporate relevant insights into content development.
  • Manage and address Open Enrollment client queries through emails, calls and meetings.
  • Report and coordinate prospect leads and opportunities within the Open Enrollment unit.
  • Manage regular operations and external/internal communications related to open programmes, including but not limited to:
    • Content development, including mass announcements, social media posts, and newsletters.
    • Screening and enrolment of participants, invoicing and timely closure of programme offerings for the finalisation of the participant profiles
    • Maintenance of payment records and requisite reports for the tracking and closure of accounts receivable/payables 

Programme Operations & Coordination:

  • Prepare post-programme evaluation summaries for the open enrolment programmes.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department for the processing and submission of payment cheques and IBFTs, including the processing of refund requests.
  • Track and report tax deductions and receivables in accordance with the defined process.
  • Complete and handle vendor/client registrations in accordance with requirements.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Effectively managing multiple tasks and deadlines in fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university (Marketing/Communications preferred).
