Job Purpose

To manage and oversee the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programmes within the Office of Admissions, ensuring efficient processes and a seamless admissions experience.

Job Description
  • Arrange admissions committee meetings.

  • Assist Schools in reviewing admissions criteria for all degree programmes.

  • Plan and co-ordinate admissions-related activities.

  • Pre-screen admissions applications.

  • Prepare offer/rejection letters.

  • Conduct admissions tests.

  • Provide support to the admissions team in all activities.

  • Schedule and arrange file review and interview sessions.

  • Reply to students’ queries regarding admissions.

  • Ensure that all admissions procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.

  • Maintain databases for various cohorts and provide statistical data on admissions for decision-making purposes.

Qualification
  • At least a Bachelor’s (Hons) or Master’s degree from an HEC-recognised university.
