Position Overview

The position will be responsible for maintaining and organizing employee records, handling document management tasks in an M-Files system, and providing support for various payroll tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in the SAP and HRIS systems
  • Maintain and manage the organization's document management system, ensuring proper organization, storage, and retrieval of documents
  • Maintaining and organizing employee records, including personal and employment information
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding employees’ employment records, payroll, and related matters
  • Assisting in document management tasks, including filing, scanning, and archiving
  • Coordinating with payroll for the timely and accurate processing of employee payments
  • Support the HR department in preparing and distributing various reports related to payroll and employee data
  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of pay cheques and direct deposit statements.
  • Providing support with employee benefits and other HR-related inquiries
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Collaborate with the team to identify improvements in the workflows/processes.

Qualifications

4-year bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or management from an HEC-recognized institute.

Experience

Fresh to 6 months of relevant Human Resources experience. Familiarity with HR systems will be considered a plus.
