Position Overview

The MBA Programme Coordination Associate will support the MBA Programme Director in the planning, coordination, and delivery of key MBA programme activities. The role spans exchange program administration, experiential module coordination, adjunct faculty management, industry engagement, communications, and support for international study tours. This position requires strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

 Student Exchange Program:

  • Manage the full exchange semester cycle for outgoing MBA students.
  • Coordinate nominations, applications, timelines, and course approvals.
  • Liaise with partner schools and LUMS Registrar for grading and transcript processing.
  • Maintain records of partner agreements and student placements.

Experiential Learning Modules:

  • Coordinate group formation, deliverable timelines, and student presentations.
  • Liaise with industry stakeholders and guest speakers.
  • Maintain documentation of module activities and outcomes.

Adjunct Faculty Coordination:

  • Coordinate course schedules, delivery logistics, and assessment timelines.
  • Provide operational support and ensure smooth delivery of courses.

Communications & Social Media:

  • Manage the MBA program’s LinkedIn presence.
  • Draft and publish posts on program activities, guest sessions, and achievements.
  • Maintain an archive of posts, photos, and media content.

Globalization Module Support:

  • Coordinate international study tour logistics and stakeholder communication.
  • Issue invitation and visa recommendation letters.
  • Track and update transactions and itineraries.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong command of MS Office/Google Suite; familiarity with LinkedIn content creation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Experience

1–3 years experience in academic administration or program coordination.
