Position Overview

The Admissions Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the Office of Admissions. The position is designed to help the intern gain practical exposure to the university’s admissions processes while contributing to efficient record management, communication, and coordination within the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of all documents received and ensure timely delivery to relevant personnel or departments.
  • Support proper filing, retrieval, and organisation of documents in physical and digital formats.
  • Assist in contacting applicants/students for document submission and maintain updated call logs.
  • Help prepare materials and logistical arrangements for meetings, interviews, and other admissions-related activities.
  • Coordinate the movement of files and materials between offices and storage areas as required.
  • Attend incoming calls and take messages in the absence of the supervisor.
  • Provide general assistance to the Admissions Team to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
  • Ensure adherence to assigned timelines and office protocols.
  • Complete any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry.
  • Good written and verbal (Urdu & English) communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s (Hons)or Master’s degree from an HEC-recognised institute.
Experience
