Position Overview

The Creative and Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, managing, and executing integrated digital marketing initiatives that strengthen the Centre's brand visibility, support student enrolment objectives, and generate qualified leads. The role develops and delivers multi-channel marketing campaigns, oversees creative content production, and ensures consistent brand messaging across digital platforms. The incumbent also monitors campaign performance, manages digital communications, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the Centre's marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute an integrated, omni-channel digital marketing strategy aligned to the Centre's enrolment, brand, and revenue goals.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (paid, owned, and earned media) rather than single-platform activity, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Translate business and programme objectives into channel-specific tactics, timelines, and budgets.

Social Media Management
  • Develop and manage the content calendar, posting schedule, and community engagement across all social media platforms.
  • Manage paid social campaigns, target audience, and platform-level performance optimisation.
  • Stay current on platform algorithm changes and emerging channels relevant to executive education audiences.
Brand & Content Management
  • Supervise content production (copy, design, video) across internal resources and external vendors/freelancers, ensuring on-time, on-brief delivery.
  • Build and safeguard a coherent brand narrative and tone of voice across all campaigns, platforms, and touchpoints.
  • Ensure all creative and communications output is consistent with brand guidelines and positioning.
SEO & Digital Communications
  • Develop and implement on-page SEO and content optimisation strategies to improve website visibility and user engagement.
  • Manage web page content, structure, and updates in coordination with web/IT resources.
  • Lead digital communications, including email marketing, newsletters, and other CRM-driven touchpoints.

Funnel Tracking & Sales/BD Alignment
  • Track marketing-qualified leads through to handoff, maintaining clear funnel visibility for Sales and Business Development.
  • Set up and monitor attribution, conversion, and campaign performance dashboards.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
  • Work closely with Sales and BD to align campaign timing, messaging, and lead quality to pipeline needs.

Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Supervise campaign and content projects end-to-end, coordinating internal teams, agencies, and freelancers.
  • Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships for creative, media, and platform spend.
  • Represent the Centre at industry events, alumni engagements, and promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility and stakeholder relationships.

Creative Production & Content Development
  •  Develop or oversee the production of creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Design or oversee marketing collateral — brochures, flyers, newsletters, and digital assets — across print, digital, and animation formats.
  • Conceptualise visuals from advertising/marketing briefs, present rough drafts and layout options to stakeholders, and iterate to final execution.
  • Contribute to or supervise copywriting, video editing, multimedia storytelling, and post-processing of photography for marketing use.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply this to keep the Centre's creative output competitive and contemporary.
