Position Overview

Responsible for tasks related to CES and Summer School.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

  • Generate social media content to aid in marketing campaigns' success.
  • Community management across all platforms.
  • Develop a marketing strategy for the programmes offered.
  • Develop weekly, monthly, and yearly plans/calendars for social media posting.
  • Work with the marketing team to create all marketing material.

Outreach:

  • Plan information sessions with different schools all across Pakistan.
  • Effectively market the programme and build strong linkages with school networks.

Communications:

  • Deliver clear, compelling presentations that effectively communicate key messages to various audiences.
  • Develop surveys to assess the programme effectiveness and compile qualitative and quantitative data.

Programme Development:

  • Research courses, workshops, and programmes that align with the centre’s vision.
  • Develop the programme according to the new courses on offer.
  • Plan social events and activities/trip during the session.

Faculty:

  • Research and coordinate with different individuals to onboard instructors required for the programme.
  • Effectivelycommunicate with the instructors for all requirements during the session.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with different LUMS departments internally to ensure the smooth operation of the programme.
  • Manage and maintain databases, including current students and alumni.
  • Secure sponsorships for the events of the Summer School programme.
  • Prepare financial/budget and demographic reports to support planning and decision-making.
  • Monitor and supervise classes to ensure they run smoothly and meet the programme's standards.Conduct and analyze evaluations at the end of classes for quality assurance.
  • Liaising with vendors for printing, events, and other classes requirements.
  • Inventory management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s from a well-reputed and an HEC-recognized University
