The Academics Lead at the School of Education (SOE) is a key administrative and academic leadership role responsible for managing and coordinating a wide range of academic functions across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The post requires a strategic and detail-oriented individual capable of supporting faculty, students, and administrative processes whilst ensuring academic excellence, policy alignment, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will hold a four-year bachelor’s degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognised institution. A postgraduate qualification would be an advantage.
Candidates must have a minimum of five years of relevant work experience, preferably within a higher education environment. Prior experience at an HEC-recognised university will be considered a significant asset.
